AI 301 was grounded at Sydney airdrome on xiii April and the airline took seven hours keeping customers waiting without clear information and organize accommodation.
Airlines says that there is a replacement flight on 14 April, notwithstanding given the horrific experience we have to await and see.

The Flight from JFK to Del is xiv hrs long flight and they are not providing enough food. Whatever less food they provided, it was uncooked. lx% of the Tv set was not working and when you ask they show anger. They were out of clean blankets and when asked they say nosotros have only used blankets. Similar services they are providing in Concern form too....Can't imagine such a worst service. I would recommend to not to travel with Air India even if they provide free tickets...

Our flight was cancelled at 12:30 when all customers were waiting for boarding which is unacceptable and alternative flight was Also non arranged which is completely goose egg tolerance.. Refund is not the solution for this as we accept value for our time. And alternative should take been kept in case of technical issues.

I had travelled many times on this airline and virtually of the fourth dimension experiences had been negative. Only reason to travel through this Airline again had been, if someone with had booked his ticket before mine. I booked two tickets last year to travel to Bharat in business class, however due to COVID surge and U.s.a. GOV informational/CDC recommendations; had to cancel the travel. Air India, refused to admit COVID pandemic and charged the penalty of >600 dollars. I have non received my remaining balance even so!!!.
The staff does not want to help the customers at all and are the nigh uncourteous people, who don't have any sense of customer service. I don't know if they don't accept software to help the customers (That case it'south a disgrace and would be not an adequate explanation to a software proficient country) or they simply don't desire to help at all. I am hoping that the new owner TATA Grouping, retrains all their existing employees or hire new ones who are willing to serve customers. Thanks.

I am horrified! I've never been treated so badly in my unabridged life! I showed up for my flight 3 hours early. When I went to check in, I was asked if I had filled out the Air Suvidha form. I had not, as I had not been notified by Air India that this class was required, and I looked all over their website and found no mention of this form. I have been to India 4 times before and knew to have all my pertinent documents with me, which I did, but nobody told me I had to upload them to a special website. Filling out the form was impossible to practice on a jail cell phone, I couldn't go the documents to exist small plenty, so the form kept being rejected. In that location was nobody there helping all the people who had not filled out the form because none of them were notified in advance.
In that location were a one-half dozen of the states that were not permitted to bank check in because nosotros were unable to complete the grade on our cell phones, amid those turned away were an elderly couple and a immature couple with an infant baby. This is totally unconscionable! The couple with the baby baby asked if they could at least exist compensated with a hotel room, and the heartless Air India employee behind the counter said, "Deplorable at that place is nil we tin can exercise for you." Then to add together insult to injury, when trying to rebook the flight, Air India is charging a $300 no show fee. This airline doesn't care in the least near client service. I will never book a flying with Air India over again. Do yourself a favor and book with a dissimilar airline.

Due to manual handling VIP polycarbonate trolley handbag broken in a very bad way. Complained at the inflow merely don't know how before long the action will be taken on this. I should think twice before choosing Air India flights hereafter.

I will not recommend Air India to anyone, customer service is terrible (bad attitudes), takes forever to become anything done, the airplane itself is terrible, the seats are taped where at that place is holes on the armrest, seats are not comfortable, and are all stained, bath smells like public bathroom, audio and video did non work on many seats (the airplane was empty so I moved to deferent seats since I had a long flight, mine was not working, if the video worked the audio did not). The airline flight staff was polite, no complaint about them.

I came to India past this flight.. I did not receive my luggage and many more person did not receive their baggage.. They just say to fill up the form you will receive your luggage at your home.. How they can be so irresponsible. How they will send each baggage to every person.. And how much time will they take information technology for.. They will send or non?? Worst flight ever.

My married woman'southward with my Infant, flying was delayed 5 hrs from the bodily inflow time so the domestic connecting flight missed and next flight after 10 Hrs at the airport. No nutrient and no proper adaptation were provided because of their mismanagement and my wife had to sit the whole nighttime with baggage and our 8-calendar month child at the Delhi airport demote. Complaint on the airline's website but after ane.5 months also no acknowledgment of their mistakes nor a elementary reply back.

I cancelled my ii tickets in December 2021 (Terminal year). Even after sixty days of cancellation, they are not all the same refunded the money. Not just that, whenever customer care was contacted, they pick upwards later on 30 to twoscore miƱ and will transfer call to another guy and these things goes on. All these things are happening due to lack of accountability and poor management.
